Have just been sent your website as I was trying to find
address for a British Korean Veterans' Association. I tried your links, so does
anyone know of a British Association? I served with the Commonwealth Division
during 1954/1955,and have showered with many Canadians in the mobile bath
units!! I served in the REME, and was attached to an Artillery Regiment -known
as 'The Battle-Axe Coy'. I am now 67 (hard to believe!!) and an ardent 'silver
surfer'. I thoroughly enjoyed reading the contents of your site. Ian Dickins.

I salute all the Korean War veterans on your 50th.
Anniversary. Job well done. I trained many officers and men as TANKERS(ARMOR) to
go to Korea but did not get there myself till 1967. Standing shoulder to
shoulder the world will someday know PEACE. The question is only WHEN. Salute to
each and everyone one of you.

Informative and interesting. The Last Post Fund is a non
profit organization whose purpose is to ensure, insofar as possible, that no war
veteran or civilians who meet wartime service eligibility criteria are denied a
dignified funeral and burial for lack of sufficient funds. The LPF operates in
cooperation with, and is supported financially by Veterans Affairs Canada. The
LPF has offices in every province except PEI which is administered by NB.
